Is it easy to cut your own hair? Guys hair?

Im tired of spending $12 almost every 3 weeks (i hate it being long), so im deciding to try to cut my own hair and maybe add some designs,( but one step at a time). I usually just get a fade 2 on top and 0 on bottom with an edge-up, is that easy to do? Are there videos on the net that can show me how to do it? Materials i have are some adjustable clippers and a mirror, i think thats all i need.Is it easy to cut your own hair? Guys hair?
My husband does his own it always looks nice he just needs me to define the back with a razor a little bitIs it easy to cut your own hair? Guys hair?
dude that is not much. if u want to cut ur own hair and have it look like u were just put in a blender, i suggest u not do it.
I trim the front and sides of my hair and my GF does the back for me.
Things You'll Need:

Step1.Sharp scissors Ponytail holder Comb Step You will want to begin with clean, damp hair. Just shampooed hair is best. A little leave in conditioner or hair smoothing creme works well for this, but the haircut can be done without it, that is totally up to your own preference.

Step2.Comb the hair out as smooth as possible, make sure there are no tangles in it at all. You will want to create a pony tail at the top and center of your forehead. Picture a unicorn and where the horn comes out of its head. The hair should be combed forward and the ponytail should be secured with a ponytail holder at the center and top of the forehead, where a widow's peak would be.

Step3.Hold the hair in the ponytail straight out from the head, as if imitating a unicorn. Grasp the ponytail by the last inch of hair, and cut (with the scissors pointing up) all of the hair that you are holding in your hand. If you want shorter layers, cut more hair off.

Step 4.Take the ponytail down and check out your new do!
